The hotel offered good check-in and check-out experiences. The rooms were generally clean, except for the phone/alarm clock issue. However, not having soap was an inconvenience. Service was prompt and professional with genuine sincerity, especially Sarah at the front desk. The location was perfect for our family gathering and very convenient to shops. The dining options were decent but a bit overpriced. Overall, a mixed experience with both positives and negatives.

The dining offers a wide variety but lacks in allergen options. The service is professional and attentive, even heating food for me. The hotel lacks some cleanliness but is within walking distance to major shopping. The pricing is fair for the overall experience.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, complete with a delightful surprise of a chocolate cake, sparkling water, and a small bottle of wine. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Craig, who made everything easy. The location was perfect for my needs, near plenty of shops and restaurants. However, the dining options were a bit limited and pricey.
